Our clients are encouraged to share all pictures and videos that they have with us so that we may put them to best use for the growth of their campaign. If you do not have a ton of media to share with us, no problem. We study your industry enough to provide relevant content to your audience while you continue to run your business.

For companies wanting to speed up results, we recommend putting money in to a paid advertising campaign to build followers or engagement. How much? Nope. No set up fee. We do not believe in charging a set up fee as our plans cover this work already.
The minimum agreement length 2 months. This should be agreed before business begins. Our team of experts are determined to create the best strategy and execute with commitment and consistency. With this in mind, our minimum contract is 2-months so we can begin to provide results for our work.
If you have any specific promotions or posts you want us to make for your company all you need to do is email our support team or your social media expert at anytime and we will post your promotion as soon as we can!
With a great graphics team at Social Scousers, we can develop unique content that fits your brand. We have access to stock photography, graphic design software, as well as relevant news sources. We can use this to develop content to engage your audience. We also have a fantastic in house photography team.
If you want to continue posting to your social media channels while we are posting, that is completely fine! We just ask that you communicate posts before they are made. After all, they are YOUR channels!
After you select your plan and checkout, you will be immediately be contacted to set up an intro call with one of our social media experts. Here we will ask you to go into great detail about your business, what you do, who you serve and what you're trying to accomplish. Once we have these details, your dedicated social expert will review everything, conduct even more research and then begin to post content for your business.

Yes, we can maintain your website! You can use one of our bundle/website plans that involve ongoing maintenance. Our unlimited website maintenance plans include unlimited changes to your website, security, routine backups, and more. It is your choice to write the copy on your website. In most cases, our clients will provide us with the copy or an outline of what they would like. However, for an additional fee, we can write the copy for your website.
If you have images, we can incorporate them on your website. If not, we can use high-resolution stock images that reflect your brand. If you choose the web plan that includes, stock images will be no extra-cost to your brand. We also offer the very best photography and videography services.
Yes, this is a possibility. If you were to buy your own domain, we recommend using GoDaddy. They have shared hosting plans that cost about $60-$70 per year. It may also include a free domain. Once you have a hosting and domain, we would then begin to transfer it over to WordPress.
The domain is the unique URL destination of your website. A good domain usually includes your business name. We understand some business names may not be available, so as close to as possible. It should be easy to repeat and direct to your potential customers.
We would need access to your hosting account, domain name, logo files, and any content that would like to have on your website. Once we have this, we will set up a call to go over design and then we will begin to design your dream bespoke website.
